NatirIgna PH just made their very first Facebook post and it is about Mental Health Awareness!
Mental health is indeed an important aspect which each and everyone of us should respect. It can be tired, strained, damaged, and injured just like physical health. However, the difference is, a person cannot fully observe the signs of being mentally tired and sick. A person can feel it, but most of the time they shove it off since they look at mental health as something insignificant in life.
This message of the whole NatirIgna community is for our fellow students, friends, and family members out there. After a gruesome and extensive 2 years of the pandemic and the online distance learning, we managed to hold out and stay strong throughout all the mental battles and challenges that were presented to us. We survived the crisis, now let us live to tell this eerie yet meaningful tale. Be mentally strong whilst walking in our journey called life.
